You can keep your Facebook friends updated about new post in your blog.Facebook has feature known as "import a blog" feature that allows you to import and publish any blog updates on your Facebook account.It automatically checks for RSS feed updates and then posts latest blog updates on your Facebook account.

To get started
1. Login to your Facebook account.
2. Click on Notes from the application tab below.

3. Click on Import a blog under note settings.
4. Then enter your blog Url and then click start importing
5.Your blog will be previewed now click confirm .

After this Facebook will post blog updates on your Facebook account automatically.
